Our Process
Ginger Soothie cubes are made through a slow, deliberate process designed to preserve the natural character of fresh ginger root while creating depth, balance, and a distinctive slow-chew texture.
Our ginger is grown high in the mountains of Peru, where rich soils and ideal growing conditions produce roots with exceptional aroma, heat, and character.
We cold-press fresh organic ginger to capture its bright fragrance, natural warmth, and active compounds. The juice is then slowly reduced over time, carefully concentrating the essence of the root without masking its character.
Canadian Wildflower and Manuka honey are added to create a rich, warming base that carries ginger's unique heat and long finish. The mixture is cooked and reduced in stages, allowing the flavors to deepen while reaching the precise concentration responsible for the cube's signature texture.
The result is neither candy nor supplement.
