Refund policy

We want you to love your Ginger Soothie experience.

Because Ginger Soothie is a handcrafted food product, we are unable to accept returns of opened or delivered products for food safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund when appropriate.

If there is a problem with your order, please include your order number and photos of any damaged items when contacting us. This helps us resolve your request quickly.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled before they enter production or are shipped. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Our goal is simple: every customer should have a great Ginger Soothie experience. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
